Order Process

Think of our website as a catalogue rather than an online store, as none of our items can be purchased directly from the website. Your ‘Order’ is just an inquiry, once we receive your order, we will be in contact with you personally to discuss the details.

If you have never ordered with us before, here’s a little summary of what the process will look like.

Send us your inquiry using our ordering system.

We will send you an email within 2 business days to discuss and confirm your details. At this time we will provide you with an estimated completion time as well as the delivery costs if required.

To lock in the order we require a deposit, this is usually around 10% of the final price. We will send you an invoice, you can either pay with internet banking or we can organise you give us your details over the phone if that works better for you.

Once we receive the deposit, your order will be locked in and you’ll receive a confirmation email outlining all the details of the order.

Patience. Because all our pieces are made to order, you’ll have to wait for your special art work to be made. Time-frame will depend on the time of year and Russel’s (our artists’) workload.

We’ll contact you to let you know the sculpture is almost complete. At this time we’ll send you another invoice for the remaining balance due. If you are collecting your order in person, you may chose to pay the remaining balance in store upon collection.

Once we’ve received your payment and the sculpture is complete, it will be carefully packaged and sent with the delivery company, PBT. We will send you all the tracking info as soon as it leaves our workshop. If you are collecting the sculpture yourself, we will let you know if it will be available for collection from either the gallery or the workshop.

You will receive your beautiful art work. If applicable we’ll send you the necessary information on how to install your specific items. Once installed, we’d love to see a photo! Please send all photos of your installed art work to jasmin@forestfusion.co.nz.
